The Compact machine is built with a monolithic electro-welded structure, machined with precision machine tools, sandblasted, and oven-dried painted to ensure maximum robustness and resistance to external agents.
The conveyor belt sliding surface is lined with replaceable wear-resistant stainless steel, while the belt itself is equipped with a precision guide to guarantee consistent performance over time.
The working cycle is fully automatic, with electronically controlled spindles and pneumatically operated pressure units featuring automatic adjustment. The belt speed is electronically regulated, allowing maximum operational flexibility.
The equipment is completed by a water collection tank with channeled drains, infeed and outfeed material support roller tables, an overhanging piece support bar, and main guards made of stainless steel or aluminum, ensuring reliability and long service life.
The machine is fitted with all required electronic and mechanical safety protections in compliance with current European CEE regulations, and the CE marking is clearly displayed.
