ZAKI BRIDGE SAW

The ZAKI bridge saw, designed by Tecnomac by Italsald, represents the perfect balance between robustness and compact dimensions. Its single-beam steel structure makes it ideal for workshops where space is limited but high performance is still required.
Machine operation is made simple by intuitive interfaces and the possibility to customize every component, ensuring versatility and ease of use. The single-beam steel bridge runs on two rails by means of oil-bath roller systems protected by stainless-steel guards, guaranteeing precision and stability.
The machine is equipped with a 15 HP (11 kW) blade motor that moves on linear guides with recirculating ball carriages, while bridge movement for the different cutting dimensions is carried out via a handwheel with manual locking. The resettable digital readout ensures accuracy down to 1/10 of a millimeter, displaying both horizontal and vertical measurements.
Maximum cutting dimensions reach 3500 × 3500 mm. All movements are electric and managed by inverters, providing smooth and uniform feed rates. The machine is completed by a robust steel worktable, rotating on a slewing ring with manual locking at 0° and 90°, and by a pneumatically tilting head from 0° to 45°, offering maximum operational flexibility.
